Once the project has begun, initial planning is completed, or work files have been created, refunds cannot be issued. Time and resources are allocated immediately after confirmation.

If we are unable to complete the project due to our own internal reasons, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the work completed.

We ensure high-quality work and provide revisions as per your selected plan. Refunds are not provided for subjective preferences after completing approved revisions.

9. Ownership, Code Access & Service Transfer

We provide website development as a service. Payments cover design, development time, hosting setup assistance, maintenance (if opted), and technical support — not the full source code unless specifically purchased.
